Shipping and Return
We ship to Canada and U.S.A., following The Canada-U.S Free Trade Agreement. However, customers from the States may be required to pay any importation fee if choosing courrier other than Canada Post / USPS.
Return or exchange is possible upon agreement of both party, the seller and the buyer. Please see the details listed below.
Canadian Buyers
We ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories with a flat rate, under 5 kilogram. However, if you are living in a remote area with a P.O. box, the courrier may charge fuel surcharge. We notify the impacted customers via email and start a conversation on the change and resolution if needed.
Transportation
Be default, Canada Post is our Standard Shipping provider.
We offer expedited shipping service via UPS, Purolator, DHL, or Fedex. Sending your own courrier is also available and we offer local pick-up for free.
Processing Time
We thrive to make it a priority for you to receive your order as soon as possible. However, depending on the volume of the orders we receive, the shipment may take 1-3 days to be ready to ship out. Express shipping is available for a higher rate.
Return/ Refund
Mistakes happen. If we get it wrong, we will make it right the second time. When we ship out the wrong item, we are taking the responsibility to exchange for the right thing you ordered. We are expecting to pick up the first shipment when the second shipment arrives at your address.
Damaged upon arrival - We are covered. Our courrier company has insurance policy. All we need is a proof of the damaged goods such as a photo and a brief description of the situation. Was the package not arrived as stated? Was the item arrived broken or missing parts? Once we receive these information, a replacement will be send out within 48 hours.
US Buyers
We are delighted to offer our artisan soaps to our neighbors. Currently, we are working with USPS (using ChitChat or Canada Post) to deliver your roder if you are located in any of the 50 states. If you would like to have express service with other provider, please email us with the provider of your choice, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote for you.
